N D Mechanical Services Ltd offer the following valve kits which when fitted and correctly adjusted for the specific excavator installation, meet the requirement of ISO 8643. Kits are available for boom cylinders, stick / dipper cylinders, bucket cylinders and blade rams. We can also supply valves for your specific project .
Valves are available to be either mounted direct to the cylinder via an SAE flange mounting, usually without the need to manufacture costly sub plates, covering the flange sizes 1/2″ 6000 SAE to 1.1/2″ 6000 SAE or 1/2″ 3000 SAE to 1.1/4″ 3000 SAE.
Valves are also available in an inline remote mounted version which are supplied in either right or left handed format to suit requirements, covering sizes 3/8″-3/4″.
We are happy to supply just a single valve, kit of parts or we can supply and fit onsite the complete installation.
Kits are designed to match a specific machine requirement and come complete with all required hoses, steel tubes, adaptors nuts and bolts and fitting instructions etc.
