N D Mechanical Services Ltd are happy to supply all your requirements for hydraulic height limiter circuits. These circuits are used to set the maximum height of equipment when working under low roofs or power lines.
By controlling the machine hydraulic pilot control for the boom cylinder rise with a proximity sensor which measures the position of the machine boom. When the boom reaches its preset height the oil to the boom rise spool is switched to tank stopping the boom from rising. The operation of the circuit is controlled by a key operated control box. For additional safety the control box key can be removed when the circuit is armed, all other machine functions work as standard and when the boom is lowered to a safe height the circuit is reset .
Circuits are supplied in kit form or can be fitted onsite throughout the UK.
Circuits fitted onsite are supplied with calibration and test certificates.
